Theory of Action
If the LEA….
Sets a high bar for educational excellence that is based on the belief that all students can and will achieve great outcomes, 2. Develop policies and practices that enable all students to achieve this high bar for excellence through school-based services that are supported by the schools and the state, 3. Engage stakeholders to co-develop core policies and practices in response to community needs, and 4. Partner with schools and districts to adapt their practices and address the unique challenges that keep students from achieving great outcomes,
THEN….
Ensure all schools meet or exceed the high bar set for educational excellence and student outcomes, and 2. Partner with schools and the state to create conditions that meaningfully improve student learning and growth,
So That….
All levels of the educational system work together to enable equitable opportunities and excellent outcomes for students.
